What we process
Through the contact form: your name, email, phone number, the service you’re interested in, planned travel date and your message. If you order a visa service, also the documents needed for the application (for example a passport copy, photo, and proof of employment and funds).
Purposes and legal basis
- To reply to your request — steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To prepare and file your visa application — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- For accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who receives your data
Visa application data is submitted to the relevant consular authority (for example the Royal Thai Embassy via the official thaievisa.go.th system). We use service providers for website hosting and email delivery (Cloudflare and an email delivery service) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become orders are deleted within 12 months. Visa application documents are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service, and accounting records for the period required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@thaivizucentrs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary data may be used for the site to work securely.
