Good to know
A Non-B visa on its own does not give the right to work. Employment in Thailand requires a work permit, which the Thai employer applies for.
A one-year multiple-entry Non-B allows up to 90 days per entry; leaving and re-entering starts a new 90-day period.
Embassies look closely at the Thai company: its registration, tax filings, number of Thai employees and social security contributions. We check the package before filing.

FAQ
Can I work on a Non-B visa?
Not without a work permit. The Non-B lets you enter for business or employment; the work permit itself is obtained by the Thai employer after you arrive.
Single or multiple entry?
For one trip, a single-entry visa is enough (valid 3 months, stay up to 90 days). If you travel regularly, a one-year multiple-entry Non-B saves repeated applications.
What if the Thai company doesn’t have all the documents?
Send us what you have — before anything is filed we’ll tell you what the embassy is likely to accept and what is missing.
